벌써 두세번째인거같은데 조금 깊게 들어갔다가 왼쪽 옆구리 갈비뼈 있는쪽이 뭔가 툭 빠지는 느낌 들면서 근육이 아픈데 이걸 하지 말아야 할까요? 한번 아프면 기본 2주는 가는거같아요. 자세가 잘 못된건지 항상 왼쪽만 그렇네요
