Is it my fault that my back hurts?
When your legs go down and your waist lifts up, it can cause excessive strain and pain. When going down, press your abdomen while keeping your waist close to the ground, and maintain that position when coming up. If it still hurts, do not lower your legs straight; instead, bend your knees and lower them.
