I am a dieter who wants to slim down my arms, but is it right to lift more than 2 kilograms...? From my experience, when I target my triceps and lift more than 2 kilograms, my muscles keep getting bigger and thicker.ㅠ

Even if you only lift 2 kilos, if you gain muscle, that's in the realm of talent (ㅠㅠ!). It seems like you want to refine your arm line, and that video where Lee Ji-eun cuts off her arm while holding a shoe box for about 15 minutes is good!

Carrying 2 kilograms means that your arms will get thicker, which is similar to becoming a leg muscle champion like Jang Mi-ran.
