Yeah this exercise is absolutely useless. I Feel like the form is way off and awkward.

this is an isolation exercise. Use light weight and really kick back those arms and feel that stretch in your triceps. Start with lighter weight until you get your form on point! Good luck to ya

I think it’s more an isolation exercise so best done without using too heavy a weight. Try and flex triceps when the arm is extended

it works good if you do it right also i had to up my normal weight to feel the burn so maybe try that if not idk
