Is it normal to be stuggling a lot more on one arm? How can I balance this out on both sides? 오른손잡이라 그런지 같은무게로 하면 왼쪽 팔이 훨씬 힘든데 어떻게 발란스를 맞추죠?

I have the same problem on my right arm. I so keep this exercise focused on my right arm and do my left arm as much as my right arm can do only.

it’s normal is your muscle saying hey I need more strength but that’s how you get that strength
