Every time I lift my arm, there's a clicking sound from my elbow. Is it because the weight is heavy or is my posture strange?
It doesn't make a sound as long as it goes down only until the arm is at a right angle. Thank you.
팔이 직각이 될때까지만 내리셔도 충분해요 더 내리면 관절에 부담 갈거에요

팔을 너무 깊게 내리면 팔꿈치 인대가 팽팽해져서 그럴 수 있습니다
