Why does my back hurt?ㅠㅠ
Think about moving while keeping the dumbbell as close to your body as possible, especially when coming up!
If the core is a bit stronger, I think the waist will be less tired. I also have a weak core, so I do it by leaning on the incline bench on the opposite side of my hip. It helps me focus on stimulating just the hip^^
