회원님 팔꿈치 접히는 부분이 밖으로 향하게 돌려주시고 어깨부터 손끝까지 1자로 되게 신경쓰면서 살짝 눕듯이 기대고 가슴 내밀고 쭉 밀어주심 됩니다 ㅎㅎ
