Brothers, is it true that the forearm muscles get tired faster? I've been working out for a month now... Please let me know.

힘딸려서 그런건데 전완근도 같이 커지면 좋죠

At first, it's hard. You have to open your chest, pack your shoulders, and do everything, but at the beginning, you won't be able to do it because you lack muscle or strength. When I watch the video I took by myself, I used a lot of forearm and shoulder muscles at first, but I started by just making the numbers and slowly corrected my form while filming myself doing pull-ups. Nothing happens overnight, so if you work hard, you'll be able to see progress compared to yesterday, last week, or last month. It would be even better if you have a partner, haha.
