I said to myself I refuse to do any workout Until I master pull up’s 31 days later I started off with one to 10 assisted with bands five days later I was doing one to 10 without bands now I do 30 street Will power nothing special🔥🔥
I haven't done even one, but after 7 years of working out, I can now just pull off 10 at a time.
I haven't removed pull-ups from my routine for about 6 years, and I think it's the exercise that has given me the most significant progress in back workouts.
