try going super saiyan. I had to do a 10 second power up and managed to get 15

everyone’s advice is super great! And remember that it’ll all come with time. I stated doing more chin ups versus pull ups and i made it 4 sets of 10 after some months of working hard!

find a machine with pull up assistance and work your way up to using it with no assistance.
