I have a question. Today, the target areas are the back and biceps, but can you tell me why this exercise is being added?
When performing Romanian deadlifts correctly, it stimulates the posterior chain, including the back (trapezius and latissimus dorsi), lower back (erector spinae), hips (gluteus), and thighs (hamstrings). However, it does not target the biceps.
