I honestly don't know what the difference is between squats and this. It feels like I'm pushing against the ground with my legs, but I don't feel any stimulation in my back and only my waist hurts. ㅠ

데드하듯이 등근육과 허리 고정하고 무게를 들어올리는게 아니라 버티는 거라고 생각하시고 다리는 밀어서 들어올린다 느낌으로 허리에 힘이 안들어가게 무게 낮춰서 연습해보세요
