Why does 25kg for 15 reps feel more stimulating than 40kg for 12 reps in 4 sets? Does this mean that 25kg is more effective for the workout? What about all other exercises?
It seems that the coordination muscles are involved because you are lifting a weight that is higher than your own body weight.
