Is the pain in my forearm due to poor posture?
1. Use arm muscles more instead of back muscles. 2. When the weight is high, only the forearms get tired before the back is stimulated. Use straps or lower the weight and focus on the stimulation.
Pull it by following, so pull it with your back.
