1. Adjust the chair so that the armrests are near the solar plexus. 2. Keep the legs slightly bent at the knees. 3. Sit up straight and let the shoulders drop naturally. 4. Hold the armrests at shoulder width, slightly lean the shoulders back, and keep the elbows close to the body. 5. Minimize arm movement to focus on the back muscles and pull towards the body while inhaling. 6. Pull until the armrests are close to the abdomen and exhale when returning to the original position.

가이드 감사합니다! 다만, 호흡법에 있어서 당길 때(수축 시) 들숨이 아니라 날숨 아닌가요? 혹은 숨 들이마시고 참으면서 복압 유지한 상태로 당기고 이완하면서 내뱉고 들이마시기?
