이거만 중량 10~15kg 에서 멈춰있는데 문제있는건가요?? 10회 채우기도 힘들고 어깨가 찝히는 느낌이 든달까 좀 아픈데

무게를 낮추고 세트수를 늘리는 식으로 단련해보시고 끝까지 안 들어도 괜찮아요
