둘다 되요 하나 꼽자몈 두께감에 더 큰 영향이 있겠네여 운동이란게 딱 한군데만 좋아지는게 아니니까요 우리 ㅎㅇㅌ 합시다

로우는 보통 두께라고 보심되세요. 목적에 따라 다르지만 일반적으로 넓히려면 풀다운류나 와이드그립 로우 하시는게 좋으세욤
