둔근에 힘주는거 잘 안되시는 분들 이거 빵디에 힘주는거 급똥 신호 왔을때 괄약근 조이는 컨트롤 하시듯 하면 그나마 감이 잡힙니다 내려가면서 무릎이 바깥방향으로 자연스레 돌아가고 괄약근 쪽은 힘이 빠질텐데 올라오면서 다시 조이세요
