전면허벅지보다 헴스트링과 둔근으로 밀어올린다는 느낌으로 더 내려앉았다가 일어나보아욧

무릅을 살짝 밖으로 벌린다는 생각으로 천천히 내려갔다 올라오면 자극이 더 잘 올거에요 .
