The gym equipment here shows steps. It seems like it would be good to have a place that shows floors as well. The speed seems to vary by machine... 400 steps in 10 minutes, 1300 steps in 30 minutes, and about 1800 steps in 40 minutes. I ride at speeds of 2 >> 4 >> 2, with a heart rate of 130 at speed 2 and 156 at speed 4. Am I being too easy on myself?

유산소로 하는거면 충분한거같고 근력으로 하는거면 좀더 높여서 짧게 쥐어짜라고 하는거 같더라구요 유산소는 심박수로 2정도 두면 존2 정도고 4정도면 심폐지구력정도 되는거같은데 그렇게 하시면 될거같아요 심박수 안정되는정도되면 강도 1씩 더올리시면서 맞추시면될거같네요
