The gym equipment here shows steps. It seems like it would be good to have a place that shows floors as well. The speed seems to vary by machine... 400 steps in 10 minutes, 1300 steps in 30 minutes, and about 1800 steps in 40 minutes. I ride at speeds of 2 >> 4 >> 2, with a heart rate of 130 at speed 2 and 156 at speed 4. Am I being too easy on myself?
