EllaEvans·Treadmill Running·1y agoIf you're having trouble running as a beginner I recommend Couch 2 5K (C25K) plans. You can find them without needing the app. The first step is walk 1.5 minutes then jog 1 minute. I've been doing this 1st step for a month and I've had really encouraging progress. For February I'm going to step 2 (Jog 1.5 minutes walk 1 minute)!
