If you're having trouble running as a beginner I recommend Couch 2 5K (C25K) plans. You can find them without needing the app. The first step is walk 1.5 minutes then jog 1 minute. I've been doing this 1st step for a month and I've had really encouraging progress. For February I'm going to step 2 (Jog 1.5 minutes walk 1 minute)!

I’ve don’t c25k twice. The second time was over 4 years ago. It is a fab program. I wish I kept up the running.

I completed the couch 2 5k and I still can't run 5k 🙈🤣
