크게 숨 들이마시고 아픈곳 누른 상태로 숨 안 나올 때까지 내쉬면 안 아파요. 진짜 끝까지 내쉬는게 중요.

밥먹고 뛰어서 아플수도 있으니 공복상태거나 밥먹고 3시간 정도 뒤에 운동하면 ㄱㅊ을거에요
