How to Above Head Chest Stretch
Starting Position
1. Avoid pulling your arms too far back as this can cause injury.
2. Don't bounce or jerk your arms while stretching.
3. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop the stretch and consult your doctor.
Proper Form
1. Gently stretch your arms away from your head while keeping your arms straight.
2. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
3. Slowly release your arms and return to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Take a deep breath in as you reach your arms away from your head.
2. Exhale as you hold the stretch.
Precautions
1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
2. Reach your arms over your head and interlock your fingers.
3. Gently pull your arms back and away from your head.
