How to Back Pec Stretch
Starting Position
Stand next to a wall or chair and place your palm on it with your arm extended.
Proper Form
1. Keep your arms straight and slowly twist your torso.
2. Feel the stretch in your chest.
Breathing Technique
Exhale and hold, then breathe naturally
Precautions
Don’t shrug your shoulders. You should feel a pull, not pain.
