1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your abs engaged throughout the movement. 2. Don_ let your knee go beyond your toes. 3. Go at a pace that is comfortable for you and only go as low as you can without compromising your form.
1. Take a step forward with your right foot. 2. Bend your right knee to lower your body towards the ground. 3. Keep your left leg straight and your left foot firmly planted on the ground. 4. Push off your right foot and bring your left foot forward to meet your right. 5. Repeat the movement with your left foot.
1. Exhale as you bend your knee and lower your body. 2. Inhale as you push off your foot and bring your left foot forward.
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms by your sides. 2. Take a few deep breaths and relax your body.
