How to Slopes Towards Stretch
Starting Position
Sit or stand with your feet comfortably apart
Proper Form
1. Raise one arm overhead
2. Slowly lean to the opposite side
3. Hold the stretch
Breathing Technique
Exhale as you tilt, inhale as you return.
Precautions
Don’t lean forward, just tilt to the side. If your back feels tight, reduce your range.
