Starting Position
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
Proper Form
1. Reach both arms overhead.
2. Lower them in a half-circle.
Breathing Technique
Exhale as you pull up, inhale as you lower.
Precautions
Don’t arch your back. Move slowly and stay in control.
