How to Back Slaps Wrap Arround Stretch

Starting Position

Proper Form

1. Take a deep breath and lift your arms up from the back so that your arms are extended.

2. Rotate your arms to the left side and hold the stretch for 10-20 seconds.

3. Rotate your arms to the right side and hold the stretch for 10-20 seconds.

4. Release your arms and repeat the stretch.

1. When lifting your arms up, inhale deeply.
