Barbell Tricep ExtensionToned arms
It is a workout that gives strong target to the triceps by lifting the barbell. It's the most effective workout that makes you have thick arms, so you have to do it if you want to have big arms!
1. Avoid arching your back while performing the exercise. 2. Do not lock your elbows at the top of the movement. 3. Do not drop the barbell behind your head too quickly.
1. Inhale and slowly lower the barbell behind your head, allowing your elbows to bend. 2. Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the movement. 3. Exhale and press the barbell back up to the starting position.
1. Inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up. 2. Focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
1. Sit on a flat bench and hold the barbell with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. 2. Position the barbell above your head, arms extended. 3. Keep your elbows close to your head and back straight.
