How to One Arm Dumbbell Tricep Extension
Starting Position
1. Make sure your back is straight and your core is engaged throughout the exercise.
2. Keep your elbow in the same position throughout the movement.
3. Do not swing the dumbbell or use momentum to complete the movement.
Proper Form
1. Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head until your elbow is at a 90-degree angle.
2. Keeping your elbow in the same position, slowly raise the dumbbell back to the starting position.
3. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale as you lower the dumbbell behind your head.
2. Exhale as you raise the dumbbell back to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold a dumbbell in your right hand and raise it straight up over your head, keeping your arm straight.
