It's the best workout to create a toned side line. It's important to keep your waist straight so that it doesn't bend!

How to

Starting Position

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. 2. Hold a cable handle in each hand, arms extended to your sides at shoulder level.

Proper Form

1. Keeping your arms straight, slowly pull the handles out to the side as far as you can. 2. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Exhale as you pull the handles out to the side. 2. Inhale as you return to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Avoid arching your back or leaning your torso forward during the exercise. 2. Keep your core engaged and your arms straight throughout the movement. 3. Don_ let your arms go beyond shoulder level.
