Starting Position

Get ready by placing your palms and knees on the floor, aligning your shoulders and hips.

Proper Form

1. Inhale as you lower your back and lift your chest and hips (Cow Pose).

2. Keep your gaze steady and lengthen your spine.

3. Exhale as you round your back and shoulders (Cat Pose).

4. Look at your belly button and stretch your spine.

5. Repeat the cow and cat poses 6-10 times.
