It is a workout to build biceps using EZ bar while sitting on a preacher bench. You can focus on targeting your biceps because you lift the weight only with the strength of the biceps!

How to EZ-Bar Preacher Curl

Starting Position

1. Keep your elbows in a slightly bent position throughout the entire movement.

2. Do not swing the bar up with momentum.

3. Do not lock your elbows at the top of the movement.

4. Do not lower the bar too quickly.

Proper Form

1. Exhale as you slowly curl the bar up towards your shoulders.

2. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement before slowly lowering the bar back to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale as you lower the bar to the starting position.

2. Exhale as you curl the bar up towards your shoulders.


1. Sit on a preacher bench with an EZ-Bar in hand. Position the bar at arm's length and ensure your elbows are in a slightly bent position.

2. Place your upper arms on the preacher bench pad and ensure your wrists are in a neutral position.
