How to Standing Overhead Shoulder Stretch
Starting Position
Stand and extend both arms straight forward
Proper Form
1. Swing your arms up and down in a crisscross motion
2. Feel the stretch in your shoulders and chest
3. Repeat 10-15 times with a steady rhythm
Breathing Technique
Breathe naturally as you swing your arms
Precautions
Move your arms smoothly, don’t swing too fast. Keep your shoulders relaxed. Tighten your core to avoid arching your back.
