1. Make sure your knees don't go beyond your toes when you lower into the squat. 2. Keep your chest up and your back straight throughout the exercise. 3. Don't let your arms drop too low when you lower them back to your sides after the squat.
1. Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower your body into a squat. 2. As you squat, raise your arms up above your head and open your palms to the sky. 3. Push off your feet to return to the starting position, lowering your arms back to your sides.
1. As you lower into the squat, inhale deeply. 2. As you push off your feet to return to the starting position, exhale.
