How to

Starting Position

1. Keep your core engaged throughout the entire movement to avoid injury. 2. Do not lock out your elbows when pushing the ring away from your body. 3. Keep your movements slow and controlled to ensure proper form.

Proper Form

1. Push the ring away from your body, extending your arms. 2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold for a few seconds. 3. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale as you extend your arms, pushing the ring away from your body. 2. Exhale as you return to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your knees slightly bent. 2. Hold the ring in front of your chest, with your thumbs pointing towards the ceiling. 3. Keep your back straight, and your core engaged.
