How to Spinning
Starting Position
1. Stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.
2. Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your spinning session.
3. Listen to your body and adjust the intensity of your workout accordingly.
Proper Form
1. Begin pedaling slowly, gradually increasing your speed.
2. Keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the exercise.
3. Vary the resistance and speed of the bike to keep the exercise challenging.
Breathing Technique
1. Breathe deeply and steadily while you pedal.
2. Inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Precautions
1. Sit on the spinning bike and adjust the seat height so that your knee is slightly bent when the pedal is at its lowest point.
2. Adjust the handlebars so that you are in a comfortable position.
3. Make sure the bike is stable before you begin.
