Jump over boxes to boost your lower body power and heart rate
1. Stand in front of the box with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Slightly bend your knees and let your arms hang naturally at your sides.
1. Send your arms back and bend your knees to prepare, then swing your arms forward and jump.
2. Land softly on the box, then come down to the opposite floor.
3. Turn around or change direction immediately and jump back onto the box.
4. Repeat while maintaining the rhythm.
Exhale when you jump, and inhale when you land or come down.
1. Set the box height to a level that can be controlled without fear.
2. When landing, land softly on the entire foot to prevent the knees from collapsing inward.
