1. Please lie down with your hands on the ground.
2. Your hands should be positioned directly below your shoulders.
3. Engage your core to prevent your hips from dropping down.
4. Place a towel under each toe and step on it with your toes.
1. Bend one knee and lift it towards your elbow.
2. Make sure your toes do not lift off the ground.
3. Return to the starting position.
4. Repeat the same with the opposite knee.
Exhale when pulling the knee in, and inhale when returning it.
Keep the tempo and proceed quickly in a rhythmic manner.
