About

Jump right after stepping off the box to boost your power and reactivity

How to Depth jump

Starting Position

1. Stand on a box of appropriate height with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Stand at the edge and prepare to naturally lower yourself to the ground.

Proper Form

1. Land on the floor by stepping out of the box with one foot or two feet.

2. Immediately after landing, jump as high as possible vertically without delay.

3. Land softly and regain your posture.

Breathing Technique

Inhale briefly when you touch the ground, and exhale strongly when you jump.

Precautions

1. Start with a low box height and gradually increase it.

2. Pay attention to landing alignment to prevent the knees from collapsing inward.
