Jump right after stepping off the box to boost your power and reactivity
1. Stand on a box of appropriate height with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Stand at the edge and prepare to naturally lower yourself to the ground.

2. Immediately after landing, jump as high as possible vertically without delay.
3. Land softly and regain your posture.
Inhale briefly when you touch the ground, and exhale strongly when you jump.
