How to Leg Pull

Starting Position

Lie on the floor, stretch your legs straight, and hold your ankles with both hands.

Proper Form

1. Lie on the floor with your legs straight and hold your ankles with both hands.

2. Pull your legs towards your body and lift your hips.

3. Slowly return to the original position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale while lifting your legs and exhale as you return to the original position.
