1. Sit on the machine and press your back against the pad.
2. Grab the handles and align your upper body with the direction of the machine.
1. Rotate your torso to push the pad away.
2. Slowly return to the center.
Exhale when you rotate, and inhale when you come back.
1. Keep your pelvis fixed so it doesn't move.
2. Adjust the range to avoid twisting your waist.
