This machine exercise strengthens your obliques and improves your control over torso rotation.
How to Rotary Torso Machine
Starting Position
1. Sit on the equipment and press your back against the pad.
2. Grab the handles and align your upper body with the direction of the equipment.
Proper Form
1. Rotate your body to push the pad away.
2. Slowly return to the center.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when you rotate, and inhale when you return.
Precautions
1. Keep your pelvis fixed so it doesn't move.
2. Adjust the range to avoid twisting your waist.
