Build lower body and core endurance by dragging a sled
1. Attach a harness or rope to the sled and place it in front of or behind your body.
2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lean your upper body slightly forward.
1. Walk at a steady pace while pulling the sled forward.
2. Maintain a consistent stride while moving to the target distance.
3. Change direction and repeat the same.
Breathe out naturally while pushing or pulling, and breathe in sync with your movement rhythm.

2. Prioritize continuous movement over excessive weight.
