How to Standing Hip Kick Stretch
Starting Position
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on your hips
Proper Form
1. Kick outward with one leg straight.
2. Feel the stretch in your glutes and hamstrings.
3. Lower slowly and repeat on the other side.
Breathing Technique
