How to Standing Swimmer Stretch
Starting Position
Stand facing forward with both arms extended in front of you.
Proper Form
1. Stand facing forward and reach your arms out in front of you.
2. Move your arms in circles, crossing them as if swimming.
3. Repeat gently without tensing your shoulders.
Breathing Technique
I move and breathe naturally.
Precautions
1. Don't raise your arms too high; move within a pain-free range.
