How to TRX Power Pull

Starting Position

1. Grab the TRX strap and lean your body at about a 45-degree angle.

2. One hand holds the strap while the other rests on your waist.

3. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and maintain a straight line with your body.

Proper Form

1. Pull the strap with your hand and rotate your body.

2. Open your upper body sufficiently in the direction of the rotation.

3. Slowly return and repeat.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when pulling, and inhale when returning.

Precautions

1. Do not twist your waist excessively and keep your core stable.

2. Move slowly to maintain your body's balance.
