1. Grab the TRX strap and lean your body at about a 45-degree angle.
2. One hand holds the strap while the other rests on your waist.
3. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and maintain a straight line with your body.
1. Pull the hand holding the strap and rotate your body.
2. Open your upper body sufficiently in the direction of the rotation.
3. Slowly return and repeat.
Exhale when pulling, and inhale when returning.

2. Move slowly to maintain your body's balance.
