How to Chest Fly and Push Up
Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and get ready.
Proper Form
1. Bring your palms together so that your elbows touch in front of your body.
2. In that position, raise your arms up to the sky.
3. Return to the original position.
Breathing Technique
Inhale when you spread your arms, and exhale when you bring your arms together.
Precautions
