How to Dumbbell Behind Neck Press

Starting Position

1. Please position the dumbbell next to your ear.

2. Please straighten your chest and back.

Proper Form

1. Lift the dumbbell above your head.

2. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.
