How to Dumbbell single leg calf raise
Starting Position
1. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and use the other hand to grab a wall or equipment.
2. Place the working foot's toes on the step.
Proper Form
1. Push off the ground with your toes and rise as high as possible.
2. Slowly lower your heels and return to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
Exhale while going up, and inhale while going down.
Precautions
1. Please control it slowly without bouncing.
2. If you have pain in your ankle, please reduce the range.
